Video game recording (and/or streaming) and production
This topic might not seem complicated on the surface, but I can say from experience that producing video game videos and streaming gets very hard very fast. Especially when you try to record more than one person playing a game together, or a remote multiplayer game session with voice chat, or capture an old game etc.

Apple Motion - Essentials / Transition for AE Users
I know that a Motion Course was rejected a year back, but with the latest release of Motion 5.2 Apple showed us that its definitely not a dead piece of software. More and more people are using Final Cut Pro X instead of Premiere Pro and having a Video Course for Motion would help Editors move away from the Adobe Cloud if they wish to do so.
Please reconsider a Video Course for Motion. Now would be a great time since a new version just came out.

Working with the new OS10.10 Photo Apo
Frankpace
May 15, 1:22 AMI'm hating the new Photo application for Mac right now. All the things I was able to do don't seem to work anymore. A tutorial on how to use the Photo App for 10.10.3 might be useful to many of us that are a bit angry with what appears to be a dumbing down.

Sony Movie Studio Essentials
We have a course for Adobe Premiere Elements, so why not Sony Movie Studio.
Adobe products are so well represented by comparison for a reason perhaps, however, NLE editors are the sort of software that you usually grow into and switching later becomes very painful so it would be nice to have as many options to start off with as possible. At least a course on Vegas Pro would be appreciated since lot of that would still be applicable to the other editions (in an ideal world the course would make notes about features not perhaps present in a "lesser"…

Action Cam Video Editing
It would be great to have a course of editing Action Cam Video. A lot of people now have hours and hours of action cam footage. It would be great to learn editing techniques for such kind of videos with fast cuts, cutting to the beat etc.
