Still giving it consideration @NormanD – the tutorials were well received, so there’s certainly potential for a course on the subject.
Thanks @NormanD – I’m not sure when we’ll get to this, but we will–I promise!
Not yet @NormanD, though we do have a series on understanding AJAX scheduled for early February. Stay tuned :)
Update: Recently we published a Beginner’s User Guide to WordPress https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/courses/a-beginners-guide-to-using-wordpress and today we published a brilliant course on using the Underscores Theme framework: https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/courses/wordpress-theme-creation-with-underscores
More WordPress courses on the way! ^Ian
Sorry that the wait is causing frustration! This is a big project and something we want to get right. We’re working on it and it will be available as soon as we can get it wrapped up. Please hang in there! ^Ian
@NormanD, definitely, I _promise_. I’m not sure when, but expect to see this within the next couple of months :)
@NormanD what specifically about Minimalism do you have questions about?
Sorry NormanD, I should have replied :/ Yes, I have enough details, thank you. This is one which needs to be tackled thoroughly, because “minimalism” is such a readily-used phrase and gets tossed around easily. Need to make sure we cover it properly, but I’m very confident we can do it justice! Watch this space..

Not just yet @NormanD! As soon as we feel there’s room in our content plans for another WordPress course, we’ll seriously consider this one! Hang in there :)
Not a bad idea this one - some definite "trends" which might not be so popular in the long term, but a lot of useful concepts could be taught along the way. Will look into it! Thanks

Thank you for your suggestion. However, developing an Android application and building a backend using PHP and MySQL are two separate topics. An Android application can talk to any backend since it doesn't care about the technology the backed is built upon.
Have you taken a look at our course on Android development (http://code.tutsplus.com/courses/getting-started-with-android)? That course is a great starting point for what you are trying to accomplish. We also have a wide range of courses on PHP development, ranging from beginner to intermediate courses.
Thanks so much for the suggestion!
There are a lot of resources on the web about the ASP.NET MVC Lifecycle (most notably in the MSDN), so this is not a topic that we'll be covering.

“Under Review” means that we’re considering the idea – there are a few elements to a course about Shopify which we’re looking into. To be continued..! ^Ian
We’re planning a course on Mobile Apps with Firebase and Ionic.
Interesting that you bring it up, but we were just discussing this yesterday and are planning a course on creating mobile apps with Firebase and Ionic. I'll change the status. ^ Joel
From a WooCommerce angle..
We're currently looking into commissioning a course on designing with the WooCommerce platform - I fully expect that to fill your WordPress eCommerce needs! Thanks

This has great potential for a course subject - thanks Laura! Whether a web designer is working as a freelancer, or within a team, process is a very important part of.... the process. Will look into this :)
Looking into it as we speak :)
Definitely a great subject to explore in a course - thank you!
Thanks for the suggestion. We may have a special bundle coming soon that would fit this idea! We’ll keep you updated.AdminTuts+ (Admin, Envato Tuts+) shared this idea ·
Great idea for a course! We’re currently discussing this with our instructor team and will let you know when we have something planned.
Do you have a particular language in mind for this?
Now that Magento 2 has been released to developer preview, we’re going to reboot our coverage of the platform. I’ll post to this thread when we’ve published some new content. It should launch within the next two months.
In the meantime, we’ve published one course on Magento that you can see here: https://code.tutsplus.com/courses/magento-fundamentals
We have also covered lots of aspects of Magento in tutorials, whch you can find here: https://code.tutsplus.com/categories/magento
Thanks for the idea and detail! We're currently looking for new Magento instructors to bring this content to you.
We’ve had some production delays with this course, but are hoping to publish by June. ^Adam
We're looking at a separate course based around building Sublime Text plugins.
Thanks for the great idea! It’s been a long wait, but we are going to jumpstart some design patterns in PHP content very soon.
In the mean time, we have this language-agnostic course on SOLID: https://code.tutsplus.com/courses/solid-design-patterns
We also have this excellent series: https://code.tutsplus.com/series/the-solid-principles--cms-634
We’re also pursuing a SOLID course that focuses on PHP. ^Adam
While you're waiting for this course, you may also want to check out Object Oriented Design in PHP which covers some of the SOLID Design Patterns already: https://courses.tutsplus.com/courses/object-oriented-design-in-php
